private-owned company founded in 2002 with up-to-date
casting process and technology. The company is located
at Wuxi Yangming High-Tech Industrial Park with convenient
transportation and a full set of facilities. It covers
an area of 7000 M2 with 3400 M2 building space The
company possesses up-to-date shell mold and shell core
production lines, medium frequency electrical furnace
and polishing and shot blasting equipments of rolling,
caterpillar belt and hanging type. The annual production
capability of castings is 3600T.
The company processes a team of engineers, technicians and operators with more than 20 years’experience of research, application and production for shell mold and shell core castings. The company can supply our customers various castings with different requirements.

In order to meet requirements of different products, the company has established an OEM product development system starting from CAD mold designing according to customer drawings and samples, CNC machining, machining center and management system.
